I took this photo from an upper floor of the Paradise Pier Hotel. It’s a great place to check out all the DCA construction. ALSO, I love my camera’s zoom.
Cars Land construction!
I was able to take some shots of the construction from various places. I love the way that Cadillac Range is turning out!
Sorry that most of these are out of focus… I took them from the World of Color viewing area, so my camera was on mega-zoom and the focus got thrown off. I figure they are still interesting/cool enough to post in a photoset though!

We were going to go to Disneyland tomorrow but the warm Sun has inspired us go today. Look forward to some pictures posted live from the parks!

California Adventure’s skyline is definitely going through some major changes! Cars Land is going to be visible from all areas of the park. Impressive!

Cars Land won’t be complete until 2012, but I still get excited every time I pass the construction walls surrounding the area. What part of the new land are you most excited for?

There sure is nothing quite like a Disney construction wall. We both are so excited for all the new changes to DCA, but the fact that most of the park is under construction makes us wonder why people would bother getting a park hopper ticket. Save your money, only go to Disneyland if you don’t have a park hopper, and come in 2012 when all the DCA refurbishment is completed and pretty. Come 2012, DCA might finally even be a whole day park. Let’s hope for the best.
